A History of Petti Skirts

The history of Pettiskirts goes back to the 16th century when it was called a petticoat and was an essential support garment worn under skirts and dresses to create a lovely full silhouette and the illusion of a thinner waistline which was highly fashionable.
Evie and Sash Pettiskirts are a combination of the old-fashioned petticoats and ballerina tutus. No longer worn underneath garments because they are too pretty for that and we like to call them Petti Tutu Skirts. Evie and Sash Petti Tutu Skirts are made of luxuriously soft chiffon, the multiple layers create the fluffiest skirts you can imagine.
